Description:
In this article we will describe how to enable and add new Report/Chart to your dashboard in order to display your data in a graphic way. Enable Dashboard:
In order to enable the dashboard login as Admin user, go to Administrator Panel --> 'Manage Groups' and enable the dashboard option to the group you wish to permit to use the dashboard. * You can also prepare filters with relevant data
Create New Report
a. Login to informUp and choose the dashboard tab.
b. In the dashboard tab click on "Create new Chart"
c. Each Chart got 4 actions you can use: (from left to right)
1. You can move the chart in the dashboard (drag and drop)
2. You can share the dashboard with other users.
3. You can edit the report.
4. You can delete the report
Edit Report/Chart
a. Click on the Edit button in the new report
b. Customized your report with the following:
1. Title - your report title, it will display in the dashboard.
2. Field (AxisX) - your Chart X line parameter.
3. Field (AxisY) - your chart Y line parameter.
4. Graph Type - available types are: Column Clustered, Column Stacked, Table and Pie.
5. Aggregate (Sum) - in case of using Graph Type = Table another row with sum will be added.
6. Filter name - in here you can select one of your filters.
7. Open Query - Use this option to query the DB or filter your date based on query. Example n.1 - all open items per status by priority
