 How to upgrade informUp application |

|
|
To upgrade informUp application you should follow the next steps:
1. Backup informUp directory (Just copy the directory from c:\inetpub\wwwroot\informup) - in case some of the files are in used you should restart your IIS and try to copy again.
2. Contact suuport to get link to upgrade file
3. Download the file into c:\inetpub\wwwroot\informup (it is important to download it to this location and not other place)
4. Explore it, copy the files and overwrite informUp directory (c:\inetpub\wwwroot\informup)
5. Double click on file called C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\InformUP\Database\Upgrade.vbs (In case it is a 64 bit machine you should run 64bitUpgrade.bat)
6. Login with Admin user once before login with other users.
7. Press CTRL+F5 to refresh your page (all users should do it to get the last style)
